  • Listing: When we grow day and day we learn how to educate and read more and more, but not how to listen. But when it's business talk you must learn how to listen. When we are talking about coaching you really need to learn how to listen, and put in concerns what is said by others and their opinions. Not listing the words is the only need task that should be done by you, but you also need to listen to non verbal actions. such as body language. How to receive a message in communication skill.
  • Questioning: Everybody can ask questions, but when you are a coach you should ask a professional questions, these questions should be as short as possible (7 words or less), Open not closed, you should consider the person who is receiving the question personality.
  • Constructively Challenging: Challenging constructively is about not holding back but at the same time not destroying the relationship. Many people associate coaching with helping, at the same time it never break the boat some nice chat between you and the team you are coaching. for example: I hear that you want to get your MBA but at the same time you seem to be resisting making the time for assignments.
  •  Holding to account: Accountability is one of the most powerful coaching aspects, studies showed that 95% of the work done by any employe is done because the employe is afraid of his coach accountability , so always keep this point in mind.
  •  Seeing different representatives: Have you ever been in a situation that you feel that you are stuck in the corner? If yes, the chances are you were stuck in a perspective. When you are coaching, you really need to be able to help your client to explore different perspectives, so that they can choose those that are most powerful.
  • Supporting: When ever you are coaching a team, you should be the most supportive person within all the team, and always remember that the more you give support you will receive trust. But keep in mind, don't always use the support issue, try to let the person who is looking for your support to believe within his skills and believes that he can better than what he is doing right now. 
  • Trusting: This point will be very different from the previous point, but always keep trust the main key of good relation. If you share trust between you and the people you are coaching you will get alot of support and progress in the job.
  • Keeping focusing on the people around you: When ever you are coaching keep 100% focus on the people around you and their tasks, agendas and progress.
